License extension for NSP - no email for some 2 weeks ...

I'm trying for more than 2 weeks to get my license extended for my NSP (2004s) application server. I'm using these standalone systems (first MBS, now NSP) for several years now and do not request this key the first time. Usually I receive the key within seconds after providing my data on http://www.sap.com/platform/netweaver/minisap.epx - not so this time. Just once in the past I experienced a wait of a ~day, but now I'm trying it over a period of two weeks already. I provided different email addresses - even though my usual one always worked in the past.I double checked my junk mail settings, my firewall etc., but it simply seems that the license extension is not sent in the first place. Am I the only one not receiving the license key since April 21st?. Any helpful info is greatly appreciated ...
