xMIIIDOC01 failed to start

Hi

WHen i configure the XMII(version is 15.1), the "sapjra~xMIIIDOC01" displayed “failed to start” on NWA(version is 15.1),and I refer to previous information follow the URL：https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/1691533，Still cannot start the Java application “sapjra~xMIIIDOC01”，Any idea what could be causing this?
