Change Standard Delivery Address

Dear SRM super experts,

I am new to the SRM area, and therefore not quite sure on how to handle a problem that a I have stumbled upon.

From the web front-end when editing the internal addresses, it is not possible to change the standard ship-to address, as the radio button is greyed out.

By clicking the action button to change other attributes to the address, it is also not possible to change the check mark as this again is greyed out.

So could I kindly ask you experts what I can do to change the greyed out radio buttons?

(I have looked through the forum, and cannot seem to find an answer to this specific question, as I have also not been able to find a note that is suitable. But again I am new to the area, and it could be that I missed something.)

    Welcome to world of SRM !!

    This is quite possible.

    Why this is not possible in your case ?

    Ensure that you have you assigned correct roles to the Vendor (buyer user) in this case.

    Are you able to see a "Display/Change" Button on the Web page in this transaction - BBPMAININT in the ITS web page (Mange Business Partners - Vendor data ) ?
