Hi Experts,

Need your precious suggestions on the following issues:

We have recently moved to QA and all the interfaces were working fine till thrusday, after a system restart all the synchronous interfaces RFC adapter involved interfaces are failing and throwing an exception

<SAP:Category>XIAdapterFramework</SAP:Category>

<SAP:Code area="MESSAGE">GENERAL</SAP:Code>

<SAP:P1 />

<SAP:P2 />

<SAP:P3 />

<SAP:P4 />

<SAP:AdditionalText>com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.ConfigException: SLDAccess set to true, but not available.</SAP:AdditionalText>

SLDCHECK is showing an error 'call function: LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS'.

I am following the troubleshooting guide:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/78/20244134a56532e10000000a1550b0/content.htm

everything seems okey, but still cldn't resolve the issue. We have a central SLD.

Your suggestions are highly appreciated.

regards

Check the RFC destinations in SM 59 especially INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI.

Hi Vijaya,

by su01 transaction, just see whether your user of SLDAPICUST transaction is locked or not.......if it locked, then unlock it.......then again run SLDCHECK and see if it is running fine......

Hi,

Some tips to check,

1. Have the user id of any Service user been changed?

Make sure that the TCP IP connections -- LCRSAPRFC, SAPSLDAPI have the correct Program ID as registered in the Visual Admin.

2. Also go to tcode SLDAPICUST and make sure that the SLD details are correct and so is the user id and password of the XIAPPLUSER.
