Vendor Selection

Hai ,

I need to select the Vendor based on time and Price of the delivery...and also

one scenario like . Vendor A Quoated Rs. 20 , Vendor B Quoted Rs 30.

But Vendor A cant able to deliver on time ( ie after delivery date ).

SAP system will pick Vendor B . Correct? .. anybody can explain the same...
