Late Delivery (LD) Scenario:-

The Payment Terms for a SO is say 15 days after thre receipt of goods, and if goods do not reach at the promised Delivery Date, then a % amount of deduction is given in lieu of Late Delivery(LD). The biggest Issue is that the Late Delivery will be applicable if the goods are recived at customer end and not the disptach or billing date, and after that depending on the no. of days for which delivery is late, a credit note will be created by the system.
