Hi All,

I am facing diffuculty while doing the Post-installation activities for XI. I don't have the passwords for the Service Users like PILDUSER, PIAPPLUSER, SAPJSF etc.,. When I try to reset/change the password in the User Management Section, I am getting the following error message "An error occurred in the persistence; contact your system administrator". Pls suggest as to what can be done.

Regards,

Divya.

Which User-id should I be using for logging into Exchange Profile? I am using the id J2EE_ADMIN, it works for SLD but not in exchange Profile.

Hi Divya,

Refer SAP Note 721548

The access to the userstore( if it is located in the ABAP) is readonly. You can configure this in the UME configuration
