Hi,

I am edit/view the DM chapter from the web page and it gives the following error please help. Might it be a system specific error because if do with another system it was ok .

Can anyone suggest anything in it?

Hello

First, open the full log, so you can see the URL it is trying to reach

So, in my example you see

6/22/2017 9:34:48 AM Action received:frec:http://localhost:80/WebServices/WDocumentService.asmx|1|15161|z4hixuzo3iijssetwkmjuawm ||0

Take the HTTP part and check in IE if you can reach this

If you can't reach this (i.e. you have a 401), there is a configuration problem, most likely in IIS (not authorized to reach this website)

Hi Marc,

I had installed an IFRS starter kit and when I edit the chapter it gave me same error as you told and I checked with the URL the IE is not responding on that.

Can you suggest me how can I resolve this error?

Hi Priyanka

It looks as if you have not changed the settings. Once you restore the Starter Kit, you need to change some configuration settings to match your environment (as the SK would have been made on a SAP machine, and I can still see .sap.corp in your URL)

Check the following settings:
