Hi

May be the iViews require permission for that particular user.

Goto System Administration -> Permissions.

Right click the Portal Content and choose permissions (assign owner,end user permission).Check and add permission for this new user. Repeat the same for other folders .

Hi Chitta,

Thanks for the reply and i promise I will allot 10 points when the issue is resolved completely.

Now some explanation on the issue :

We have just changed the Portal Theme using different colours set every thing remains the same and the portal was working fine for the changed theme for few days, but now when we enter our user id and password we are able to log in but not able to see the any details in the content area only the mentioned error is displayed for any worset or role. But we are able to see the workset and roles in the top navigation area.

If we select any workset we get the same error as I have mentioned above.

Now considering the above situation we need solution, if the given solution is fine can you please let me know from where I can get the mentioned par file.

Thanks,

Amit.

Hi,

Can you please check whether the Portal services are up and running. Restart the portal server and try again.

Thanks & Regards,
