Hiding / Disabling ALL VERSION radio button in MM02/MM03 ADDITION DATA --> Document Data tabl

Hi all,

As we know there is a Addition Data button in MM02/MM03 where a tab called DOCUMENT DATA is available with two radio buttons namely (Current Version / All Version) under Link Document section.

Business want to Hide/Disable 'ALL VERSION' functionality since they want to see only current version of the document for the selected material.

In other words, Business don't want to see All Version of 'RMS' document type assigned to a material in MM03. Other than 'RMS' document type, other document type should have All Version function active in MM03.

Hi Arijit,

If tcode variant is created as per your suggestion, then "ALL VERSION" functionality will be totally removed.

But my requirement is to deactivate "ALL VERSION" radio button only for the material which is assigned with "RMS" document type.

Note : Multiple document type will not be uploaded against a material code.

Try creating transaction variant for this request by copying MM02/03 and remove the field for 'All Version'.
