XI J2EE components hanged.

Hi all,

In our SAP XI environment, we have 5 clients, when they were working with IR & ID, suddenly all j2ee components were hanged

(That is not able open IR, ID, SLD, RWB). There may be some mal-function with some user. At that time, I am restarting the server.

But same problem is repeating again and again.

Please help me how to solve this problem.
