Enabling Links in Tool Area

Dear Friends

I worked with EP 6.0 there we can enable links in the tool area by Enabel link property. But in EP 7.0 i didnt find any property like Enabling Link1, Enabling Link2.

So please can any one guide me how to enable links in EP 7.0 tool area, and how to make connection with url.
