Subcontracting damage material

Hi everyone,

In subcontracting senario, If 10 raw material sent to vendor and vendor sent back to us semi-finished products. But 2 got damage out of 10. Vendor returned back damage material. Can anyone please tell where I can put damage material and will I

send back these two material to vendor.
