What is the Get Next Ticket default setting

Hi What is the default logic, being used by the system when selecting "Get Next Ticket" considering the functionality has not been configured....

Secondly is there any clear documentation on this functionality and its steps.

Hello Arnold,

1.You need to Configure the logic that defines which ticket should be selected when the agent asks for the “next” one,
under :Administrator ->Service and social -> Next Ticket configuration.

2.Secondly I checked in the Help center ,currently there is no such documentation spefic to this 'Get Next Ticket' screnario.
