COM error in SCM 5.0

Has any body come across this error message. We are getting this message, if we try to pull the data from LC or load the data to LC. I know, its Basis thing, but any help is greately appreciated.

Error for COM routine using application program (return code 40,022)

Message no. /SAPAPO/OM102

    This error is also seen in SCM version 4.1

    Goto Transaction SM58 to look at the errors- COM Routine Error

    Run the following report RSARFCEX until all the COM routine errors clear.

    Run this report in batch job every 15 minutes or 30 minutes depending on how many COM routine errors you encounter

    I am confident that this should solve the problem.

    After upgrade you will require to check the consistency check.

    Please do that.

    COM error will get clear.

    Assuming that you have successfully completed infocube activation after the upgrade.

    Check 1008187 - Composite note for problems w/ /SAPAPO/OM_LC_DOWNLOAD_UPLOAD for the 5.0 relevant notes.

    The return code 40,022you have mentioned is for "Time series must be updated"

    As Anjali has mentioned runnign the TS consistency checks will help

    There are check programs that you can use for consistency checks in : /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK,and /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG

    ( /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG_SNP in case of SNP planning area)
