Is it possible to configure SAP systems with different customer numbers in one solution manager?

Dear Solman experts.

we have a requirement to hook SAP systems (which are under different customer numbers) with Solution Manager as managed systems and enable solution manager functionalities like Technical Monitoring, EWA and Business Process Operation.

Example for the landscape details: ECC and Solution Manager systems located in US region with 1234 customer number. and ECC & BW solutions exist in Mexico region with 56789 customer number.

Is it possible to hook all the systems under the different customer numbers to the Solman system in US .. if it is possible does it require any extra efforts or configuration?

    Hi,

    yes, Solution Manager allow to connect systems that don't belong to one customer number. In SPRO, there is an activity named Business Add-In to Manage Several SAP Customer Numbers which you need to execute.
