Hi,
Our customer would like to have a true SSO scenario for his Agentry / WorkManager solution, meaning the mobile users don't need to use the loginscreen to enter their userID and password.
Several threads at this forum stated this is not possible yet, but these threads are at least a year old. So my question is whether true SSO is supported now and if so, what are the prerequisites (SMP 3.0 SP level, WorkManager version etc.).
Customer currently has SMP 3.0 SP 10 and WorkManager 6.2.
If there is no SSO support this way, is there another way to ease the life of the end users, by limiting the number of times they have to login?
Kind regards,
Mike Overmeijer
The Agentry client currently does not support bypassing the login screen. Typically a user only has to enter their credentials once when they first launch the client. After that the client will automatically provide the credentials to the backend during transmits. The other time their password would be needed is if the application has a timeout set. This is something the customer can configure or even disable if desired which would help limit the number of times their password is requested.
