We have recently configured our EP 7.0 SP09 patch 10 instance with BI 7.0 for single sign on purposes.
We have taken care of all the instructions for SSO/Broadcasting setup as per the diagnostic tool and the report RSPOR_SETUP and have also applied the necessary correction notes and upgraded our EP-SERV component to patch 10.
But when we try to execute some of the queries onto portal through BEx web analyser, very inconsistently we get this 'System received an expired sso ticket' error.
And if we click on the link again or refresh the page it works sometimes.
Please help me resolve this issue.
