SAP Credential Manager Account Activation

Hi there,

Could anyone assist please. I am trying to get myself registered in SAP Credential Manager, i have not received any email from SAP credential Manager and i tried to to communicate with them but without any result my personal information as follow :

1- S user : <<<removed by moderator>>>

2- i passed the exam on 21/05/2017 C_TB1200

Hi Alaa,

If you have problems logging into Credential Manager or have not yet received an e-mail, please contact credential-manager@sap.com listing your current Person ID (former SAP User-ID or S-User) and any additional user ID’s with which you are SAP Certified.

thanks for your quick reply , i already sent email to credential-manager@sap.com and sent all the required information without any reply from their side , would you please help me ?

Hi Alaa, Please contact your local SAP Education office and ask them to clarify this. They will have access to your records. Best regards, Amy

i contacted with SAP SAP Education office of MENA region as you suggested, they sent emails to credential-manager@sap.com several times without any reply from their side. kindly help me with this issue

Hi Alaa, I checked with my colleague and the details you give above are not maintained in Credential Manager. Did you take the exam at a SAP Training Centre or with Pearson VUE?

Hi Alaa, Please contact credential-manager@sap.com again directly yourself by email and include these details. I will also forward this information to them. thanks again for your kindness and quick response, i sent all the information to the mentioned email from my registered email in Pearson VUE

i hope my problem will be solved soon.
