regarding certification in SAP-XI

Hello.....

I have a query about certification in SAP XI.i want to know how to apply for certification in XI.how to register for exam date and center all these.........I am in United States. what are the prerequisitions to write the certification?what will be the fee ? please give do the favour of sending all details to write the cetification in XI

i got some information in the website u have given.it is given in that as two types development consultant (C_TBIT44_04) certification and tech consultant (C_TBIT51_04)certification in XI.

but i heard that again in development consultant ,some categories are there( ex: adapter , xi content...some other i didn't remember that). regarding this i didn't find any data in the site..

please any one help me in that if u can

What kind of "data in the site" are you looking for? If you are talking about information about each of the components of SAP XI/PI, you can find them on SDN under Exchange Infrastructure or at the help pages: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/14/80243b4a66ae0ce10000000a11402f/frameset.htm.

iam not looking for each of the components of SAP XI. i saw a question in the forums as

Q2: What are the XI interface certifications that SAP offers?

A2: SAP offers XI Adapter (NW-XI-AF), XI Content (NW-XI-CNT), and XI Content based on Industry Standards (NW-XI-CNT-IS) certification for ISVs.

i didn't understand about this...what r these certifications.i saw in forums as many of our friends told previously ,like this

sap offers Development consultant certification and Tech consultant certification.

plz clarify these things...

Hi Hima,

I now see the reasoning behind your question and it clearer for someone to answer. There are two types of certifications, product and consulting. If you are a consultant and want to get certified to demonstrate your skillset, then you want to take either the dev. or tech. consultant certification. Sign up here at: http://www50.sap.com/useducation/certification/examcontent.asp

However, if your company has build some kind of XI adapter, XI content or XI content for IS, then this is a product certification.
