Plans Missing from Total Compensation Statement

We have implemented the SAP Flexible Benefits solution and are running ERP2005 and are Pilot Running ESS.

We would like to utilise the Total Compensation Statement (TCS) in ESS. (Note that this is the first time we have had occasion to use the TCS.)

When printing the Insurance Plans on the TCS it prints plans from pre-Flex Bens and fails to print the Flex Bens Insurance Plans.

How do we configure the TCS to include all Plans.
