How can I get CrystalReport Runtime installer ?

The java runtimes do not have an installer, so I will assume you are looking for the .NET runtime installer. For that, do the following:

1. Go to support.sap.com
2. click on "Download Software"
3. click on "Support Packages and Patches" "Installations and Upgrades"
4. click on "By Alphabetical Index"
5. click on "B"
6. click on "SBOP BI PLATFORM (FORMER SBOP ENTERPRISE)"
7. click on "SBOP BI PLATFORM (ENTERPRISE)"
8. click on "SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.2"
9. click on "Installation and Upgrade"
10. download the file "51053189_2" - "SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.2 SP06 ENTER .NET SDK RUNTIME WINDOWS"
