Live Activity Pane to test CTI Adapter.

Using C4C version 1705

I want to see the Live Activity Pane to test CTI Adapter. What steps do I need to take to activate the pane, either in Scoping, Scoping Questions or Admin and Work Center Assignment?

    Hello Savoy.

    To activate the Live Activity Pane in C4C you need to:

    Go to Business Configuration > Implementation Projects > Select current Project > Press "Edit Scope". Press "Next" and go to the Scoping step and go to Sales > Account and Activity management and ensure that Activity Management is enabled. In the same step, go to Service and ensure that Customer Care is enabled, as in screenshot below.

    Now, press "Next" and go to step "Questions". Expand Service > Customer Care and select Service Request Management and in Support Computer Telephony Integration flag the question "Do you want to support Computer Telephony Integration".

    In order the user can access the Live Activity Pane, he also needs to have access to the Activity "Phone Calls".

    Once the above configuration is finished, the Live Activity Pane should be available.
