Is it possible to send escape/paper cut commands to the printer from within a Crystal Report?

Hi.

I have a customer requirement to print a Crystal layout to a thermal point of sale printer from within SAP Business One. Currently the printer cuts the paper at the end of the report. However, they also want the printer to cut after each page. I have searched and tried various proposed solutions which are fairly dated now without success. We are using Crystal Reports 2013 and the printer is a Sewoo LK200 with provided drivers.

Please could someone tell me if this is possible and how it was done if they got it to work?

I have the same need right now and, unfortunately, I still haven't been able to find the solution in the SAP community or on the web. 😞

I am on the SAP Crystal Reports 2016 Support Pack 5 version.

"I had this same issue with EPSON TM20 receipt printer. Change the settings of printer from Printer - Printing Preference - Document Settings - Paper Source) DOCUMENT[Feed, Cut] to Page [Feed, Cut]. And test it."
