hi can nyone tell me whether the billing block gets passed into the bapi salesorder_change for the transactions va02.i am trying to remove the billing block!!

use FM 'SD_WF_ORDER_DEL_BILLING_BLOCK'
instead of that FM.

No, u dont have to pass billing block to bapi salesorder_change .
instead u can use thes FM to delete billing block
SD_WF_ORDER_DEL_BILLING_BLOCK
SD_WF_ORDER_SET_BILLING_BLOCK
