Hi all,

want to test the new cloud foundry environment. I am able to login via cf client. However, for my account no orgs are available.

Somebody know how to fix this issue?

Best regards,

you first have to go through the Onboarding Process:
1) Go to and click Log On
2) Click on "Home", if you automatically get redirected to your Neo trial space.
3) Click on the Button "Start Cloud Foundry Trial". An org and a space will be created.

You can either use the Cloud Platform Cockpit or login with CLI by using the api

Best regards

I did as @daniel says but I keep getting 'no orgs found', even though I see my org and space in the dashboard

Hi Alejandro,

how old is your trial account? Did you just create it? There was a limitation introduced where trial accounts gets disabled after a while - you can see the days left on the upper right corner (calender icon). Once the counter gets to zero you have some days to extend your trial account.

If the trial account was created successfully as per wizard you should be able to go into your Global Account (most likely looks like this: Pxxxxxxtrial) and click on your subaccount "trial" (or whatever). Make sure Cloud Foundry is enabled by clicking the button "Enable Cloud Foundry".

If this doesn't work out, maybe you can try out to create a new subaccount and enable Cloud Foundry there. Don't forget to set the entitlements on Global Account level to your new subaccount, so you can use App Runtime, Backing Services, etc. :-)

Try again to login via CLI.

Best regards

Hi Manjinder,

Hope I'm not late to this party.

To answer your question, for the trial account, the default org and space are created while instantiating the CF instance corresponding to the trial sub-account in the regions hosting CF environment.
But in case if the org and space are not created, they can be created manually either by using the SCP cockpit or by the CF CLI (using the below-specified commands).

cf create-org ORG
cf create-space SPACE -o ORG
