create subfolder in Business Workplace

Good morning,

How can I create a folder under Inbox -> Workflow -> "Grouped according to content"?

Hello Ivson,

You cannot create these, they are generated dynamically according to the workitems in your inbox. So if you have one or more items dealing with Material 1234 then you will see a folder titled Material 1234.
