Different customised logon pages for diffrent user

Hi all

I need to customise my logon page with different logon page with different user. So I proceeded with modifying the umLogonpage.jsp ; I redirected to different customised jsp pages from this jsp. But this does not seem to work.

Can anyone provide any pointers to where I am going wrong or any useful suggestions.I am using ep7 sp11.
