Does smart data streaming comes as a part of HANA Express Edition free edition?

Dear Experts,

I am trying to install smart data streaming as a part of HANA Express Edition free version. But i get error while installing SDS and it says one of the file is missing, Attached is the error message.

And my doubt is,whether smart data streaming comes as a part of HANA Express edition free version or not?

Error message-

And if i see downloaded file then i don't find "HANA_STREAMING_4H20*" file under data units.
