Dear Experts,

I have designed a cross tab report and using DistinctCount in summarized field option, where I am getting blank header row. when I change summarized filed to Maximize, then blank row getting hide.

In Rows, i am using Incidents formula field

if {incident.dv_priority} startsWith "1" then "P1 Incidents" else if {incident.dv_priority} startsWith "2" then "P2 Incidents"

In Columns i am using Incidents Value formula field

if {incident.dv_priority} = "1 - Critical" or {incident.dv_priority} = "2 - High" then ({incident.number})

Please check attached image file and suggest, I want to display only P1 Incident and P2 incident in report .

Hi Sri,

Modify the Value formula as:

IF {incident.dv_priority} IN ["1 - Critical", "2 - High"] then 1 Else 0

Change its summary function to 'Sum' intead of Distinct Count.

Thanks Abhilash ,

I designed 2 cross tab report, one below another. When I applied above formula, I am not getting the distinct value of ticket number and its showing wrong value. But I delete my first cross-tab report for testing purpose, I am getting correct value in P1 and P2 Incident.

Please suggest.
