confirming TOs in WM

Hi,

is there a quick way to confirm several TOs at once?

With LT12 I can confirm 1 TO.

With LT23 I can see and confirm all unconfirmed TOs (only on item level)!

U can use LT25 or LT25n for bulk TO confirmation...

what is the concept behind these points?

In this thread the only new information for me was the grouping feature using LT25 and there I rewarded points. I will check the other threads now.

Points system is introduced to encourage SDNer to contribute more on SDN portal also there is recognization program for top contributors with several milestones i.e. 1/4K, 1/2K, 1K, 2K, 5K. You marked your query as "Answered" means you got solution for your Query with or without the help from the above responses. Incase, the responses did not help you for query then it is expected to update thread with your comment how you resolved your query. This will help other SDNer in future when they search the forum for same kind of query.

It is possible to confirm all open TO in a single step using the warehouse activity monitor (LL01).

Hello Mathias,

TO confirmation is reflacted for a process when you physically move the material to the final destination bin so TO will be confirmed after you have moved material. Try to related your system process with physical material movement and vice versa.

alternatively, you can use the Auto TO confirmation (optimization) which will trigger TO confirmation automatically after TO creation.

In this transaction , I feel group is required.

U have other transactions LT23/LT 24 . Here you will get list of TOs and hereagain u need to confirm individual TOs only ...

If you want to confirm several TOs for outbound deliveries you can do it from VL06C. If you want to confirm sevaral TOs from internal warehouse transfers, it should be possible from LT10 by selecting automatic TO confirmation during the movement. I haven't seen this possibility with LT transactions directly from created TOs unless you group them. Reward points if it helps.
