Shopping Cart is not creating Purchase Order

We are using SRM 4.0 in an extended classic version. We have been running into a couple of situation where that shopping cart that are created and approved are not creating PO in SRM. The follow-on document in the SC shows it's approved and the SC # but there is no purchase order linked to it.

I have looked in tcode BBP_PD but it's not yielding anything to this situation. I have also checked to make sure BBP_GET_STATUS is running and that is fine....so can someone point me in a direction to look?

Quite strange...

I assume you already looked at PO number range, transaction type and workflow logs

Yes everything regarding PO number range and transaction type and workflow log has been configured. Like I stated earlier we have been live since Dec 06 and this is not happening to all SC just a couple that I have been made aware of so far. Wasn't sure if there is something manually we can do in backend system of SRM to push that SC into a PO?

I looked at the SC in BBP_PD and it shows the following information:

0000000003 I1111 Item in Transfer Process

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

HEADER I1129 Approved

0000000002 I1111 Item in Transfer Process

0000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process

But what is soo strange is it's not happening for all shopping cart.

486246 Incorrect shopping carts offered for confirmation

Note 432434 'Item in the transfer process' for reservations</u>

Hello Robert,

Check BBP_PD, look for status - your shopping cart may be stuck at status I1111, I1112 or I1113 - SAP has provided some notes to clear from these status, go through this link you will get some notes:

<u>Please ensure that all the required / mandatory confguration in both the R/3 system and SRM system is properly configured.</u>

Actually there are no errors in tcode BBP_PD just warnings about the delivery date which shouldn't keep it from creating the PO. And also we have been up since December '06 and this just happening and this is the 2nd SC that is not moving to the next stage.
