SLD connection problem.

Hello.

I am keep getting the following error message when try to edit any JCO connections within the Web Dynpro content administrator screen:

Connection to System Landscape Directory (SLD) could not opened successfully.

I got the above error message when try to perform a connection testing at the "check SLD connection" button.

I got the following error in the log file:

#799 05/03/2007 14:53:46.421 [SAPEngine_Application_Thread[impl:3]_20] ERROR com.sap.sld.wd.landscape.LandscapeHostedSystems: CIM_ERR_FAILED: Instance no longer valid: //sapeptest/sld/active:SAP_SystemLandscapeView.CreationClassName="SAP_SystemLandscapeView",Name="SAPUPG01"

It was working before and the problem arrives after I made the change to the user password policy in my back-end system.

Could someone please help.

Hi Luu

There is some problem in the configuration of your landscape in SLD.Ensure all technical properties like host name,systen no,port and every thing correct.For more details Go through these links
