Assignment creation event for enhancement

Hello,

I am using the Ressource Planning tool in CRM 5. I want to be able to update another system upon the creation of an assignment. Is there any hooks in the creation process where I can add my code?

I am pretty sure I can do something when the assignment is created with the WFD server, but I just don't know where...

Can someone help me with this?
