Bringing all datasources to target systems

Hi,

What would you recommend about bringing and activating all datasources available on the system to another target system? We have only 2-system landscape. I think that when the replication happens, it will take awhile.

Should I just bring and activate only those that are required and bring them over to the target system only when necessary?
