Internal Number Range for Leads, opportunities sales quotes and sales orders

Hello,

I'm trying to set-up the internal number range for leads, opportunities, sales quotes and sales orders but i'm not to change them, the system doesn't allow me. I want to set-up internal number range as following:

Leads: 0000000001-1999999999

Opportunities: 2000000000-3999999999

Sales quotes: 4000000000-6999999999

Sales Orders: 7000000000-9999999999

Any clue how can I set up them like above? Cloud you please give a hint?

The number ranges in C4C can't be changed in quite the same way as in on-premise world. However you can still achieve what you want as long as you've not created any data for the relevant objects. Here is the approach to follow:

1. If you can change the number range interval directly in Fine-Tune, do that.
2. Otherwise, change the "Current Number" to the start number you want. Even if you can't change the "To Number", it should not be an issue.

From memory, all the object other than opportunity can be changed by using 1. For opportunity, you need to use 2.

If you've already created data, you are limited to what you can do - mainly you can't choose a number which is lower than the current number.
