Addon Connection timed out(addon has both .ard and set up file)

Hi All,

while connecting the addon getting an error"Addon Connection timed out",But the same addon is working at client place.The addon has both .Ard file and set up file.

Hi,

Make sure,

1. Add-on and client having same bit, ie 32 or 64 bit

2. Run SAP B1 as administrator.
