ERP 2005 upgrade phase prepare

Dear all,

I have started prepare but it stops in phase Language_DISK with the following

error. "SEVERE ERROR: cannot_get_file_list,

error on mount point: v:\erp2005\language1\lang1.

I copied DVD part # 51032235 lang1-lang4. What could be the problem.

Hi,

As the error itself says that the problem is with Language disk.Copy the DVD locally to the Hdd and try it once again
