FOC PRICING

I am trying to do a create a FOC order for spare parts vales for the spare parts is as low as 5 INR & i am doing billing for this where FOC is having 99.9% discount & the price for the item is going below zero & I need 1 rupee as billing amount,

Pls give some inputs on this.
