Upgrade ECC-5 to ECC-6

Hi Experts,

I hope you all doing good

I’m trying to upgrade Ecc5 to Ecc6 on Ms Sql2000

We Have Ecc5 running on Ms Sql2000

Trying to Upgrade ECC6 ON Ms Sql 2000

At this screen I’m getting the error

i have tried with all the database users but no luck

Please guide me in this matter
