MDM Server 5.5. SP4 (5.5.35.16)

Hi

I'm trying to use MDM Server. I've created my ports, created import maps that work, but when I place my Source file in the ready folder I do not see the file being moved into archives and also Data manager does not illustrate my new records. Is this a known issue with this version as I can't seem to find any notes on this.Having said that this same exercise works in (5.5.33.13) Version. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.
