POP_up_to_confirm Screen size change

Hi ,

Is there any funtion module to display POP_UP screen with an option to adjust its screen size.I know that POPUP_TO_CONFIRM Fun.Module has an Option Called Start column,Start Row.But i want have ending column and ending row option as well.Any replies will be helpful.
