DSM Terminator window not closing automatically

Hi All,

I am facing a problem regarding window closing.

I have integrated webdynpro ivews in EP. While loginng into the system it shows some aggrement.After accepting this aggrement some logoff.jsp is called.It redirects to home page.

Here i am facing the problem that the home page is coming correctly.But in addition to that one window is coming.After searching the forum i understand that it is a window generated by DSM Terminator.It will close automatically when we set AutoClose property of DSM Terminator.I have tried that also.But it has not solved my problem.Many people faced the same problem.If anyone solved this issue, then please tell me the procedure.

did you find a solution?

We are having a similar problem. Whenever the user calls a WebDynpro component like the user management (and only then), clicking "Logoff" in the portal masthead does not perform a proper logoff. The minimized popup-window with the "DSM Terminator" appears, but does not disappear automatically and must be closed by hand. Also the portal logon page does not appear afterwards.

We are using a development and a productive portal installation, both identical. The problem only occurs on the productive one. I can't explain the behavior.

Hi,

a restart of the portal server solved the problem. At least for now.
