Structure?

Hi Expert's,

Structure is containing the Characterstic and its values,Keyfigure and one time characterstic.This structure is available in a column where the key figures are maintained.

But there is requirment where in I need to create another structure which is conatining same Characterstic which we used in the structure available in column.

But when I tried to create the structure the in rows it is not allowing with the same characterstic.Is there any way to resolve this?
