So I'm doing a fairly straight forward create table as select * from sda_virtual table. The performance seems to be a bit meh? Wondering if there is anything I can do either in the create table statement or the config. When I look on the source MSSQL database I see the statement is in "ASYNC_NETWORK_IO" wait which tells me it's waiting on the HANA box. Statement activity is a measly 2-3 MB/sec.
Hello Kevin,
I don't know any specifics about SDA but as you've tagged it with SDI you might be interested in testing it out with the Adapter that is using the DPAgent to connect to MSSQL, where we have some more ways of configuring the access. (e.g. Batchsize)
Kind regards,
