Hi experts,

We want to use multiple base price lists for items. When I enter Price Lists window, the column multiple base price lists or factors is disabled.

So, how to use it ? to enable it ?

Hi Jeni Botha,

In form setting Tick the check box of Active for the base price lists and factors field .

Example for Base price list & Factors use in price list:

Creating price list A1 for International customers, and price list B1 for local customers . The prices in price list A1 are to be 20% higher. When defining price list A1, refer it to price list B1 as Base Price List and with a factor of 2. Then Price list A1 gets updated as per the base price list value and factor. SAP Business One then chooses the price for the Local customer, whose master data record is assigned with price list A1. Adjusting all prices is possible by changing them once in the base price list. The changes are made automatically in all price lists that refer to the base price list.

Sorry i didn't see the highlighted field. This Multiple base price lists and factors cannot be edited by us its values is either yes or no based on the factors and base price list. If single factor or single base price list for all item then value will be 'No' if more than one factor or base price list it will display 'Yes'
