Hello,
I assume you're using iSeries as the operating system.
The support package SAPKD62023 needs to change the table structure (add field) on table PAT05 but the SQL error 913 happened. This error usually means some other job is locking the table PAT05.
You can try to repeat the import in SPAM again. If it fails again, log on to the AS/400 and use the command WRKOBJLCK on the table PAT05 in R3BP1DATA to fins if there's any job locking it (exclusive lock), if so, you can end the cooresponding job and start the import in SPAM.
Regards,
Joe

Hi,
This is not intended to be a reply taking into account that this thread is really old. The point is I've found this thread because I faced the same problem today installing SAPKD64043 and I just want to point out what was the problem in my case with the idea to help someone else facing this problem.
I tried several times to repeat the installation but nothing happened. Then, I've realized that the system daily online backup was running at that moment and the backup job was keeping a lock (type *SHRRD) on the object R3<SID>DATA. After the backup job finished, I tried again and then I was able to install the SPAM update sucesfully.
I hope this can help somebody with the same issue.
Cheers,
Diego.

Hi all,
Sorry for the delay. Our country celebrates public holidays on 1st & 2nd May. Anyway, the SPAM update problem already solved. First of all, this morning after came to the office i tried the easiest way possible just to re-import the patch. Guess what, its success!! Maybe other user still doing some activities or transports in the production server and lock the particular objects. I'm still not very sure how its work but thanks guys. I will keep it as future reference.

Hi,
I also faced a similar problem recently. You can check the kernel level. What happens is that your kernel may be at some lower level that what is required. Just update it to the latest kernel available and then update your SPAM.
This will solve your problem.
You can also check the tp.exe and r3trans.exe file.
do reward with suitable points as appreciation.
