how to display interactive form in the email

HI Experts,

I am new to CAF.i got a requirement of displaying interactive form(even html form is also solves my probelm) in the mail box rather than sending as an attachemnt.

I have seen so many tutorials for sending an interactive form as an attachment,but i didn't get any information for displaying interactivr/htm form in the mail box itself.

my requirement is used will should get workitem in the email(not as a link),he should take appropriate decision from mail box itself,with out going to portal

how can a achive this

any help will be grealy appriciated
