Same holiday multiple times in holiday calendar

Version 4.6c allows a holiday to be entered only once in a calendar even if it has different start/end years. In our case, this greatly complicates the holiday calendars because we have multiple sites and for any given year they may or may not take a particular holiday.

For example: A site might take Columbus Day in 2005 but not in 2006, but then again in 2007 and 2008. The system should allow the following entries in the calendar:

Columbus Day 2005 2005

Columbus Day 2007 2008

If you use SE16 to force the entry in the calendar, everything works fine (time eval, payroll, etc). However transaction SCAL fails.

I know that I can create a holiday and specify the exact dates from year to year but, since we have 20+ sites, I could potentally have to create 20+ Columbus Day holidays. This could also apply to several other holidays.

This is the way we are doing it in 4.6c.

My question is, in ERP-2005 can you put the same holiday in a calendar multiple times with different start/end years?
