CRM workflow

Hi,

Can any one help me knowing what all are the workflow settings that are required in CRM sales scenarios.

I know the settings in CRM>Basic fn>SAP business workflow.

Are there any other settings apart from the above mentioned place. Are there any prerequisites etc.

Hi,

The standard settings for workflow mentioned above are done. But i cannot trigger my standard workflows attached to my campaign automation. Did I miss any setting?

Have you activated your standard workflow, is ther any funtional configuration required for that setting?
